Wolcott Mill | Guided Farm Tours

  • 63841 Wolcott Road Romeo, Michigan, 48065 United States (map)

Where does milk come from? How does a milking machine work? What does a goat eat? How many eggs will a chicken lay in a year? Join us as we learn the answers to these questions and more as we get up close to the animals on a working farm.

By asking questions based on experiences and observations, participants will be able to identify the physical needs of domesticated farm animals, both mammal and poultry, and recognize products from the farm as goods they use or consume at home. Participants will also discover how changes in technology have made modern farming what it is today.
